Go straight to the TV then take the audio out of the TV to the SC-07.

3D wasn't a priority and still isn't for me hence why I'm happy with the VSX-23. I just wish It had passthrough. :(

The VSX/SC-3X series should be clearing out nicely now that the new line up is out. Watch for a deal. :)

I see the VSX-31 for 320ish, and a SC-55 for 12 bones as well. (I can't believe they have the 55/57's already) I preach this site, since I had great luck with them.

Just get an Oppo 93 for your blu-ray player. Its got 2 HDMI's and you can pass video on one audio on the other.

Plus then your not having to get an AVR w/ pre-outs since I see your running multiple amps.

That way you go 3d straight to the TV via HDMI, AND HDMI audio to the setup you already have.

    PLUS you get SACD, etc.

Not sure if Costco still has the 35's for sale, but they had an excellent deal for awhile. The other option could be look around for a used Oppo. They've got dual outputs, so you could go 3D HDMI to TV, and the 2nd HDMI to the receiver for sound. Just a thought

I've been thinking of getting 3D too and definitely checked the Oppos out. I also like the fact they do SACD and FLAC.

This one looks to be pretty awesome too:

If your only doing HDMI its a waste since the main difference is the Analog out's.

If your decoding in the AVR the other stuff isnt worth the cost.

I had the 3311 (which is the one you heard) before the 4311. The 4311 is a much much better AVR, especially in the processing/EQ side of things.

Are you gonna be running an external amp?

You mean the ICE amps that you're not gonna be using?? That's why I asked about the amp. IMO since youre not using the AVR's internal amplification, go with what you feel has the best SQ and room correction software (EQ).
