Used queen size mattress, bought used for $450. frame has good sized ding on foot board caused by me moving some metal junk around, rest of the frame looks fine. This is a Sealy 1171 I guess is the model #.

I'm hoping to get $300 for everything, this includes the mattress, Box spring and four piece frame: 2 sides, head board and foot board:smile:

Pick up only as the mattress alone weighs close to 150 or more pounds. it's a foam mattress.

pm with any questions.

thanks.

This is NOT the kind of thing one should sell on a site such as this one...

Whats the local selling site down there? Craigslist? Use that instead.

You're not paying $450 for the mattress itself. That's just a collection of springs, fabric, and fluids. The real value is in the provenance. The history of the piece.

Come on... He's never gonna sell it if you keep saying $450. He's only asking $300 for it.

Wow....who the hell buys a used mattress? And THEN try to resale it for $300? I never knew there was a used mattress market. Dude, take that thing to your local GW (or dump) and call it a day!

I absolutely love the "pick up only part"!

My bad. I just assumed it also came with two used pillows as well. Perhaps a set of nicely broken-in sheets. But maybe I'm wrong. If it's just the mattress, I'm out.

These past few comments were more to my liking since nobody in their right mind would actually try and sell a used mattress on a AV forum. interesting to see what you all had to say about it though lol good stuff, I might come back to this thread to have another laugh or two haha!

I now have a better feel for what feedback I might receive when I sell an actual audio/video component now:biggrin:
