Is running some massive clearance sales right now. A 18" passive sub for 350 + 100 shipping. Thats 2 18" subs for under a grand, and then pick whatever amp you want for them......

Bunch of other sales on their subs as well....

http://www.chasehometheater.com/

Makes it a big hard for me to not just jump on 2 18" passive subs, and then pick up a amp for them later.....

FWIW - this is the same company that said having nail holes visible in his subs was "normal"

I always felt that something was a little "off" with that guy.... the infamous craigsub.
    But, he knows his LF.

I tell ya what man - if my name is on something it is going to be better than anything out there or be so bullet proof it makes your brain explode trying to destroy it. I would definitely pull out the wood puddy and a sander and fill in nail holes. Fact is Craig sub from what I can tell has very little to do with the manufacturing of his subs.

That was on the first run units.

And has since been corrected, along with a change in finish so it doesnt glare.

My main thought is that for the price of 2 SVS PC-12NSD's I can have 2 18" passives and then 300 bucks to go toward some type of amp to drive them.

Sounds like a little better deal to me.

They merged with another company and are now Chane Music and Cinema: http://www.chanemusiccinema.com/forum/forum.php
