Pioneer 1120k for Trade or possibly sale

Hey All,
I'm interested in trading my Pion 1120k for another receiver. This receiver is less than a year old and in like new condition. My only problem with it is that my wife liked the sound of our old H/K 635. I will admit that I miss the smooth almost boring sound of the H/K for everyday TV watching but I love the Pioneer for movie watching. So here I am in need of either selling it or trading it for a H/K.

I would like to trade it for a H/K AVR 3600. I also have a Sonata Video 5 amplifier that I can mix into the deal.

    I'd like to get $400 or close. I haven't researched prices so forgive me if this is too much and if it is I'll consider an offer.

    My wife and I both agree we want the H/K because of the smoother (quite boring and less dynamic...IMO) sound it has in comparison to the Pioneer.

    I think I can go $380+shipping on the receiver and I'm willing to part with the B&K amp for $185 plus shipping. I may make a new thread and add pictures later if that's alright with the admins?

    Here's a picture of the amplifier. It has a bent bottom left corner but past that it it looks good. I don't know why because I bought it this way. It's hardly noticeable to me because it's black and sits off to the side of the entertainment center. Amp functions great.
