Cheap Dolby Digital AVR

Anybody got anything? Not real concerned with bells and whistles as long as it is Dolby Digital and has a remote. Pre-outs preferred but not a deal breaker. And did I mention it's gotta be cheap?
I have a HK AVR5 in my daughters room and the dang volume pot is about dead. It's mounted on a board and deoxit hasn't worked. And I can't seem to find the part number online anywhere.

I was in the same boat for a AVR so I found a onkyo TX-SR303 for $20 no shipping , its mint cond needed a remote got a new one for ?$20? .
The receiver had Digital inputs something like 75x5 WPC .
It only has like 4 inputs , the sound quality is excellant . -

Not sure I am following you. I already had a HK AVR5 in her room. Still looking. Also looking for a decent affordable preamp.--Gary--

I was just wondering if you called HK tech support and asked them if the volume pot was available ?
-
Oh. No I have not called them. I might, thinking I would rather get her something newer though.--Gary--

Well that was a painful experience! I called today, just my luck I got a chick from India that I could not understand. After 15 minutes she finally decided that they don't have that part and it is obsolete. Think I am gonna try deoxit one more time. I didn't really soak it last time.
Still looking for a cheap AVR though.--Gary--
