Blackstone TL3 (Pair)

I've purchased a couple of the TL350 systems and have a pair of TL3 satellites left over that I'm not going to keep. Technically I have 2 pair that I'm not using at the moment, but one of those was given to me by Polk and I'm keeping those and will soon be building a PC rig around those, so I've just got the one pair for sale.

The pair I'm selling are from one of the TL350 packages I bought and only have a few hours on them, they're in absolute pristine condition. I'm using the 2 TL350 sets together to run a 7.1 setup in the bedroom, these are the extra 2 I'm not using in that setup. Since they came in the package, I don't have any original packaging materials that I'll be using, but they'll be packed very well.

For those that don't know, these are serious satellite speakers sharing components from the new LSi series. I don't know, maybe there are satellites out there that are better, but I seriously doubt it, especially at this price point. We all fell in love with these at LSAF earlier this year. I really even hate to part with these, but just have too many right now.

These sell for $300 for the pair and are already a bargain at that price. I'll sell the pair here for $200 and I'll split shipping with you.

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with the 2 channel as is so I guess I'll do a little HT upgrade. Replacing my RM 3000's. Will pick up the center but leave the in wall Polk rears alone

    Yes
    Sold

    But I'm too late:frown:

Congrats to buyer and seller. Looks like they went to a better home than I would have given them. I don't have a need for them, just wanted to get them to check them out after hearing good things about them.

I do still have the pair that was give to me by Polk, not to mention the ones making up the bedroom setup.

I'm still not 100% certain I'm going to use the extra pair for the desktop rig. With the Blackstone in the bedroom and the PSB in the living room I still have the Rainmakers that aren't being used at the moment and I'm trying to figure out a way to rearrange the office so I can use them in there (if someone would buy this electronic drum kit I'd have the space I need ).

If I get the Rainmakers set up in the office then I'll part with the other pair of TL3 that I have. However, those will be going up as a karma since they were given to me, so stay tuned

Sorry to slightly derail this thread... but what's 'Karma' as defined by you?

Also, those TL3's would be sweet for my Desktop rig... Them paired with a tiny 8" sub. I'll be watching this thread closely. :p

Karma isn't defined by me, it was defined by the community, means I give them away to someone here.

Usually Karma means someone is deserving of something cruel for an act they've committed... but I think I like the communities definition better.

    Thanks for clearing that up.

    Ummm...why so pessimistic?

    the ACTUAL definition of karma:
    kar?ma

    noun
    1. Hinduism, Buddhism . action, seen as bringing upon oneself inevitable results, good or bad, either in this life or in a reincarnation: in Hinduism one of the means of reaching Brahman. Compare bhakti ( def. 1 ) , jnana.

    2. Theosophy . the cosmic principle according to which each person is rewarded or punished in one incarnation according to that person's deeds in the previous incarnation.

    3. fate; destiny. Synonyms: predestination, predetermination, lot, kismet.

    4. the good or bad emanations felt to be generated by someone or something: Lets get out of here. This place has bad karma.

Karma is both good and bad.

Fact is fact in today's society... how many times do you see people wish good karma on one another? It doesn't happen often. Regardless of your answer, it's always nice to see individuals utilizes karma for a better side as stated.
