Hey Everyone!! I'm now in the market looking for an amplifier to power some RTi12's and a CSi5 or 6 havent got it fiqured out yet. I looked at the Emotivia XPA3 but $699 for 200 watts I may be able to do better. Please let me know if anyone can help me out. I also have a Onkyo TX-NR808 receiver I'm trying to sell if anyone knows anyone needing a nice 135 WPC. It's brand new.
Pre/Pro: Marantz AV7005
Mains: Polk RTi-12's
Center: Polk CSi-5
Surrounds: Polk FXi-A4's
Rear Surrounds: Polk RTi-4's
Subwoofer: HSU-VTF15H
Emotiva XPA-2 front RTi-12's
Emotiva XPA-5 Center,surrounds
Cables: MiT Terminator 2's, Kimber Kable, MiT Shotgun's.

    Just wondering, what are you actually here for? It sounds like you're looking for gear for cheap and to peddle your Onkyo receiver. This isn't the first time you've mentioned it. Any plans at all on being a productive member?

    I'm sorry if you think that I'm new and if I'm going about things wrong please kindly let me know and I will change it ok. As for cheap gear no just was saying a used amp may be cheaper then that xpa I saw that's all. Sorry to offend.

    I went with the Emotiva XPA-3 route, but I got it on sale recently during Emotiva's Summer Sale for $629. The XPA-3 will run my RTia9's and CSi5, while my Pioneer Elite will run the other channels. No need to be sorry. Some members can be rude and crude.

    It's called there are rules and selling outside the FM with less than 100 post is highly frowned upon.

    And btw watts are not everything even at 200 it will drive the a9 better than the avr would alone. Other amps to look at are adcom, parasound, carver, rotel, b&k, Aragon ect tons of choices out there
