how are the products coming from Polk ebay? I was always curious but am always hesitant about buying reconditioned products.

Very good and their customer service is excellent.
In most cases, you can't tell the refurbished versions from from new.
If there is anything wrong with your order, Polk Audio will make it right.
I have purchased most of my speakers through Polk Direct and would not be hesistant at all to make future purchases from them.
