Phillies on the transistor radio (even though they're losin')
Filets wrapped in hickory smoked bacon, on the grill, cookin' away!
Fresh broccoli, peppers, carrots and oregano smothered in garlic and butter
Garlic mashed potatoes
Fresh biscuits
and an icy cold glass of Victory Headwaters Pale Ale

For dessert!

Fresh Jersey peaches in vanilla ice cream with a smattering of black rum on top beneath the pale glow of the moon watchin' the fire die down and the lightning bugs dance. All in the aroma of a freshly mowed lawn kissed with the sweet smell of late blooming lilacs!

    Sounds like your enjoying yourself, as long as the Cardnials are choking and giving up the division to the Brewers its a good night here, the heatwave has broke the temps are down in the 50's at night, deer steaks marinated in durkees black Pepperkorn, a greek salad with cucumbers, tomatoes from the garden, with lots of feta cheese, and sugar and spice corn on the cob, the only thing missing is the dessert sounds like yours would do the trick, enjoying a few ice cold hoegarden's weizen beers and watching the dogs enjoy the cool weather also.     Picked up some aged steak from Central Market, searing as I type and rebuilding up my tolerance for a possible Orlando trip this October. Crown 16 hasbeen.

    I am really enjoyin this slight cool down in Dallas, what, 41 days of consecutive 100+. Not complaining, just saying.
