Not really, dude was battling addiction problems for a while. It's sad that he's gone but after seeing some raw video of him at a rehab center last year, I had a feeling he was going to be in a bad way soon. Just surprised he checked out so quick.

I hope the drugs were worth it.

I think it's funny that we're just now finding out that his real name was "John Kennedy Oswald". Yeah... I'd go with Jani Lane too.

Oh, I thought he had it together. I did see him on some show a while back and he was all fat but hell he's in his 40's now....he without sin and all that.

In his honor and me being a big 80's music guy especially hair bands, Ive been listening to some of their stuff. They were no Dokken but they had a lot of good songs. This one was probably their best.

I agree Uncle toms cabin kicked some serious A$$, I will have to dig out some Warrant Cd's from the archives, Might take a while as it's been a good 10 years or so since I've pulled one of those out. I still think he looked like John Elway with Hair.

I saw Dokken open up for Accept while living in Germany Dokken Pretty much stole the show from Udo and the boys, but speaking of hair ol Don Dokken had a wig mishap during the show it was all sideways and falling off during Unchain the night pretty funny.

While I like smart-**** humor, to use your kids as a joke just doesn't seem right. Anyway, I never heard of him, but RIP.
