Not worth $50 to me. They're actually a frankenpolk SDA-CRS. It's a shame they've been butcher. The moron screwed up one tweeter (the main tweeter actually; the dimensional tweeter is still there) and installed car subwoofers in place of the passive radiator. To revitalize them, you'll probably need to replace all the drivers. Don't bother.polkaudio Monitor 5 Series II

For only $50, even if you had to replace the drivers I still think it's worth it. Hell, the seller even says "best offer". I say go for it.Display: Sony 42" LCD

In an unmolested CRS the bass driver is a passive radiator. If the seller installed a powered woofer that means he probably fubar'd the x-overs. So it's not a matter of buying a couple drivers. Plus, the passive radiators haven't been available from Polk for years which means he'd have to source used ones.
A whole lot of hassle for something that is fairly common in unmolested form. If they were super duper rare then rebuilding would be an option, but he'd basically have to build these from the ground up if the franken-woofer turned out to be powered.
Just my .02c

IMO if the MW's work they are worth $50 easily. He "could" just have that sub in there using it as a passive radiator, not even hooked up. I'd check them out if I were close.--Gary--
