I bid on a pair of SDA-1's and lost out to another bidder. I just received a 2nd chance offer to buy the @ 425 shipped. The is no IC cable (pin/pin I think)
Here is a link

Do you SDA owners think a pair of SDA-1 (w/o ic cable) is a good deal at $425
condition looks about a 6/7 out of 10.

Please advise.....thanks

ehh. It's an average to below average deal.

I'd be worried about the shipping. If the drivers shift, there's no refund he could give that would necessarily buy you original drivers.

those are pin / blade interconnect. I sold mine to a fellow club polker for $200 - i'm the original owner and of course had the interconnect. but i did let them go for about half price. I think 350 to 400 would be a fair price. but i'd be concerned about damage during shipping too.

buy local and transport yourself and save yourself a headache.

    No problem!

You're in Jersey, which is a good spot for local classified deals. You could easilly get to philly, ny, or dc.

I suggest checking those city's craigslists, as well as your local ones.

Here's a site that searches multiple city's listings, but it only searches the titles, not the bodies, so it'll miss stuff:

    http://www.jaxed.com/cgi-bin/mash2.cgi?cat=ele

You can also go to google and type whatever you want to search, plus site, colon, the site's address:

    ie: Polk SDA site:craigslist.org

    Happy hunting!

Let me know if you are interested in a pair of SDA-1C. I am thinking of letting them go as I have no time to listen to mine.

Good that you passed on those, a little rough for $425 plus they are studio versions, $300 max on those. So he sold them and then offered as 2nd chance? Seems fishy to me unless the original buyer stiffed him. How can you sell the same item to two people at the same time?
