I hope it meets our needs.
The Mrs just yesterday said(after I told her I bought the amp)..."well, whats next?". Then she blew me away by saying get whatever you want/need and that'll be our Christmas present to each other. Very generous coming from somebody that's deaf in one ear and has lost interest in critical music listening. Very tempting, but I know better :)
Yep, my name really is Bob.

muncybob,I had the same prpblem when I wanted to get more tunes out of the Yamaha rx-v665.Most forumites told me I was pushing the avr to hard and should consider going w/ a power amp.I did and went w/ an Adcommgf555 but still was using the rx665 for the pre.I really did not like the flexiblity or lack of it for music so I picked up an Onkyo P301 on the cheap.
