Just installed two 8 SDI outdoor speakers using 4 conductor 14 gauge wire to each. farthest run is 50 feet. Trying to power from my Denon AVR-2105 receiver. Can barely get any sound out of them. What sound is present is very tinny (high) sound. The receiver is rated at 90 W per channel. Is the receiver just to small? Any ideas?
Thanks

Is your Receiver set for 2 channel ? Did you attach the speaker wire correctly ? Make sure the same side of the wire attached to the positive post from your Receiver is also attached to the Positive post on your speakers and the same for the Negative. If you have a muting setting on the Receiver make sure that it is turned off.

What fasteners did you use on your cables, you may have a pinch causing a short

Have you tried only on speaker at a time then swap the chnls
