Remote control issues...

I have a Marantz RC 3200 thats been going kinda wonky on me for a while. Had it since it was new but in the last 6 months some of the soft buttons on the touchscreen will not respond. So in short im thinking ill either have to get a new remote or find someone that can maybe reflash the base software on it. If i have to get a new one i am looking for suggestions for a good learning remote.
