Chinese DAC

I don't read Chinese but can attest this is an extremely well made DAC that puts to shame most I have owned. Uses a standard IEC power cord (included) or you can use your own high end cable. Only $100 plus $10 shipping. An absolute steal for the price and will make you wonder why others of this quality are selling for 10X as much (and probably from the same factory). Email if interested.

I'm interested - what are the rca's for that are labeled "phone in" and "phone out"?
-
I believe that is if you use a dedicated headphone amp instead of the built in one. I haven't used it as I don't use headphones.

I'll take it. I'll give it a try and put PSOVLSK first in line if I move it on.

My Gawd....Buy this DAC!......I have it and is Fabulous.I paid $250 for it 2 yrs ago and pd $50 extra for the dedicated seperated headphone section.Fantastic on my AKG 701's.Well-made and bulletproof.Newer model is the Zhalou 3.5.
Right now,I'm listening to the Bill Evans Trio "Live at Shelly's Manne Hole" recorded on JVC's 20 bit K2 Super Coding.......Nirvana!........This Dac is an absoule steal at $200,never mind $100..............Peter M. -
It arrived and I hooked it up tonight. I am VERY impressed. I haven't heard many DAC's, but I can tell you that it brings out bass and clarity from my AMC cd8b that isn't there with the internal DAC. Now, I am using it with a CAL CL-10 (no internal DAC) and it is simply stunning!
For $100, this one has a home right here for a looong time. -
Dave, Glad you are enjoying it and that it arrived safely. Happy listening!

(FWIW) Not a bad piece of hardware as is, and it is straightforward to hotrod. I use one on the real hifi in the living room, tricked out by local hifi guru Kevin Kennedy (ex-proprietor of KTA, "Kennedy Tube Audio") and have been very satisfied with it.

I see a lot of tweaks, which ones are the best bang-for-the buck?

I'll dig up the laundry list of what's in mine and let you know...
