    It was a PSA they made to alert people that they're cracking down on illegal parking... Apparently the owners of high-dollar cars feel that they are allowed to park them wherever they want around there.

    Yes, it was set up, and yes, the car belonged to the town.

    I am actually surprised at how well the car stood up to having an APC drive over it... I mean, other than the roof.
