My tweeter for this speaker doesn't last long. I have replaced twice. I don't know what's wrong or maybe I need to modify the amplifier settings?

What are you using to power them? Blowing tweeters usually means you are pushing your amp too hard.

    What model Onkyo?

If it has preamp outputs, you could add a separate power amp to drive the rti10s. Otherwise, you may have to look into getting a new receiver (or not turn it up so loud).

    Nwohlford covered it very well.

I have used the amp in my signature to drive my RTi-10s for 5 years with no issue. I suspect you are driving your Onkyo to clipping (distortion) which will fry a tweeter quickly. To put it another way, it could be your Onkyo is not enough amplifier to drive the RTi-10 to the volume levels you prefer. Without knowing which model you have it is hard to tell but I am guessing it is just an AVR (receiver).
