I've recently purchased a Cary CAD 280SA V2 Amp and a pair of SDA CRS speakers. I'd like to hook the amp up with speakers, but want to make certain the amp is common ground. I called Cary Audio and was told it would not be an issue. I know several others have owned this amp - did anyone use it with SDA speakers?

It's a stereo amp and therefore safe to use with your SDA's without the AI-1.

Thank you for confirming this amp is compatible with the CRS speakers. I just bought the CRS speakers from Cody and have been listening to them with an Onkyo M504 amp/Dared SL2000A preamp. I'm really impressed with the CRS speakers performance. I'm anxious to hear the CRSs with the Cary amp and ARC preamp - just being extra careful to not have an issue if amp wasn't common ground. Thanks again.
