These bookies are simply incredible! I've had quite a few listening sessions with them & everytime I hear them I get goosebumps. Simply amazing & just so musical from top to bottom. Not quite ready to make a move yet (my LSi 15's are still keeping me quite happy) but these puppies are sitting atop my radar. Anyone else got their ears on them?

You should here the 201/2. You would be floored.

    KEF makes real nice stuff.

There is definitely something special about dual concentric speakers.

I use to have a Kef IQ series home theater. I owned the IQ7's, IQ6c, and the IQ8DS. The speakers were very musical. Their top end is amazing. I will say the low end was not as prominent as in other speakers. They make it for it in detail and clarity. I have since sold those and moved to Martin Logans but have been thinking about going to the XQ series for my home theater. Kef makes some great speakers and they are pretty resonable until you get to the reference series.

I did give the 205/2 floorstanders a listen also...incredible doesn't begin to describe them!!! I haven't heard the 201/2 bookies & I'm afraid to. I know I'll want them but they are very pricey. I believe the XQ series will get you to about 90% of the Ref series. Now for the 207/2 double "WOWZA"!!!

I don't think KEF makes a bad bookshelf in any of there series. And yes the Reference Series is Pricey to say the least.
