Nos tubes 6a-6x variety

For sale is a list of NOS tubes that are of the 6A-6X variety, I have tried to list these for at least 50% off whatever current Ebay prices are some may be much less than that use your own judgement.

Some may come in nice new looking boxes or worn tattered boxes, some may have intact lettering others may not but these are all NOS tubes and on some of these tubes the paint wears off very quickly others seem to last forever.

The brand and number of each variety varies take as many as you like, I will be listing other varietys next so if you want to wait until you have a pile of tubes before you pay to save on shipping thats fine.

Shipping will be via USPS priority mail flat rate boxes small medium or large depending on how many tubes I can get into a box. If someone lives outside the USA shipping will be more, I will never charge a penny more than what it cost me to ship and I provide all packing materials at my cost for anything I ship big or small but I cant ship for the same price as here in the USA please understand that I am not trying to rip anyone off by charging more.

Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

    How do you know these are NOS? You know what most of those are right? TV tubes. I'd be interested in the 6SN7 and 6CG7 RAD-TEL. Are you testing them to ensure they work?

    What brand is the 6x4?
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Hi Mark. I bought these tubes from the estate of an electronics repairman he of course had the means to test them some of the tubes I bought were marked as used weak intermittent short etc, these particular ones are the NOS ones. Yes I know most are TV tubes some are old radio tuner tubes a few are usable for amps preamps but since there are people here with varied interests I thought I would list them all.

    No I am not testing these to see if they work but of course I will gurantee that these will test as NOS tubes or your money back no questions asked.

    The 6X4 rectifer tube is branded RadTel dated Mar 1960 the three 6SN7's are all Rad Tel also with different date codes in the 60's two are top getters one is a short side getter version. Two of the 6CG7's are Rad Tel's one is date coded Nov 1962 the other the date code has worn off, the single ITT 6CG7 may be date coded but I am not certain.

    If you want I will set these aside for you take some pictures and post a seperate FS listing for these tubes with pics, if you decide you want them I will send them to you and you pay me after you test them and are satisfied if your not happy you dont pay me. In hindsight I should have put that I will unconditionally gurantee these tubes in my original post but im to late to do this now.

    Ok Mark here is a couple of quick pics,one of the 6SN7GTB'S is a black top the other is a chrome dome date codes Sept 1960 and Feb 1962 respectively. I found a couple of used 6X4 tubes I am going to throw in for no extra charge.
