Any free programs out there better than Windows Media Player for playing MP3's?

    Lots of folks like MediaMonkey and Winamp (cant think of anymore off the top of my head)

    apparently Spotify plays mp3s and mightbe maybe couldbe free.

    I second VLC. It's free and it will play almost any audio/video file that you throw at it.
