Anyone Heard PSB Stratus Goldi's?
Found someone local who has a pair plus matching center. I know they look pretty serious at 109lbs per tower but haven't heard them yet. There's not a ton of info on them but i've read everything google could throw at me. I know they need some serious power, my Adcom pushes 200w at 4ohm but it still makes me wonder if that'll be enough. Any opinions are appreciated. I'm trying to demo them but it'll be a few days before I get a chance.

I have not heard the Stratus series, but I'm a big fan of PSB in general.

Unfortunately i've never even heard PSB's but I know a lot of people like them. Stereophile gave them a pretty good review but that was in 1991 and I don't know how they stack up these days. It's hard to go off a review published when I was 5 years old:biggrin:

I heard the PSB Stratus Silver and they were very fine.

i tell you what B run if I had the funds i would have grabbed those awhile ago as they have been posted multiple times on the local CL.. I did audition the recent Imagine Series from PSB (specifically the bookshelf). and was very impressed with the sound. The gold series has seemed to get good reviews around.Main 2ch -
