Just picked up a Adcom GFA 7000

I have been searching for an amp for a while and finally found this one. The guy was asking 500 OBO so i decided to give him a call and ask him whats the best he would do on it and he said 300 and guaranteed me it was working properly or he would return my money. So i asked why he was selling it he said he bought it and his wife said it was too bulky so he disconnected it and it had been stored in his closet. So i went today and picked it up, this amp didnt even have a scratch on it it lokks brand new. Got home hooked it all up and everything worked perfectly. Im amazed the difference in SQ compared to my receiver. Im glad i found this amp. Anyone own one of these or similar amp?

Yep i've got one! I absolutely love it, the only thing I would change would be a removable power cord. It's pretty neutral and packs a nice punch. Nice find and congrats.

Ya im pleased so far with it i have been jamming music for a few hours now and the amp is barely warm. I can defintely tell the difference with having an amp, The mids and highs are alot clearer at high volumes and the bass is alot tighter. i dont get any distortion at higher volumes. Im very happy with my purchase.
