I sure it's closer too 60%

Rodent thing is gone... 2 rats & 1 squirrel... But I have a new issue from that. They may have eaten a wire to a X10 transmitter which works my outside lights. At night my front house lights flash at times, and the wire is little open (too much voltage on it). Too many things going on at my house right now to work on that wire.
