File claim w/paypal & deal with another vendor.

This from the site tells me all I need to know::rolleyes:
Contact US, Get respond within 10 minute. -
The 16th and 17th were both on the weekend so maybe they were closed. It doesn't have hours on the website so I am just guessing. Good luck.

Never dealt with them before, but I'd say you're jumping the gun a bit. No response for 3 days with a weekend in there would not really be cause for alarm in my book.

^^^^ Ditto ^^^^If you can't hear a difference, don't waste your money.

I've ordered from them before, twice - and received my goods - took a bit long, and also had issues with them not responding to emails.

No response yet (5 full days later). Either they went under or are extremely poor at doing business.

considering those are all over Ebay by several suppliers file a claim and buy from another seller. Those are not made by or endorsed by Nakamachi and those same plugs are sold with several manufactures name on them all the same plugs...I've bought them from several sellers to see myself. sorry to say but there are better plugs I've found that the screws are very soft and break when tightning down on wire leaving enough sticking through so you cannot get the barrel back over the connector part.
good luck -
Yeah, i ordered (24 plugs) 12 pairs from ebay for 15 bucks....

Compared to many.....that's a cheap lesson learned!
