I think the best way to obtain movies is for company to let us directly download a bluray movie in mkv format. Think of all the unecessary thrash that we won't get, the plastic covering the plastic cover, the cover, the disc itself, and for those that order movies online, the box that comes with it as well. A 2 TB internal hard drive can be obtained with $90. There are a lot of cables and fios users, for those that don't have good connection, they can still buy the discs like what people are doing now. What's that thing called where a disc can't be played in a certain area or a certain player? I find that to be extremely stupid.

We won't be needing to buy any kind of players, this is really futureproof but the companies that sell players sure won't be happy about this.
