polkaudio LSi9 pair in cherry with original box in fantastic condition
You know these as being one of the best "bang for the buck" monitors ever produced. Amazing bass from a speaker this size, and clarity from the famous Vifa tweeter that rivals or surpasses speakers 2 and 3 times the price.
I currently have 2 different systems, and am going to trim down to one, so these are ready to be passed on and enjoyed by the next Polkie.
Included is the original box with packing foam inserts, and also these will be double boxed to ensure safe arrival.
Here is a link to the For Sale thread here on Club Polk with some pictures:
http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?t=108100
Here is a link to the data and specifications:
http://www.polkaudio.com/homeaudio/lsi/index.php?s=lsi9
I will post some pictures in the next day or two.
Special Polkie price = $450 + Shipping via FedEx. Shipping should be cheap with my discount...just PM me with your zip code for shipping cost. Insurance will be included in the shipping cost. PayPal add 3%.
Local pick-up is free of course, and you can hear them sing!

3 minutes. Nice- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

That has to be a record.

No, 1 minute is the record....since that's as fast as you can count on here. A handful of ppl have done it including me.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

I heard Norm Apter's pair of LSi9's with Ben's XO mods and they sounded phenomenal!____________________________________________________________

I simply don't see the need for "one uppers"
No one likes a guy who pats you on the back for your performance but then feels the need to tell you how much better he's done it. Just a pet peeve of mine I guess.
I will refrain from posting on your comments in the future Dorokusai unless it is strictly related to audio. I guess I was still annoyed from you stepping in and telling me how "you would have done it better" on my for sale post after it had been dormant for a week and the buyer was very happy with the transaction. There was no need for me to bring that into the thread here.
Happy Tuesday everyone! And congrats again on the fast sale!Main Setup

I know Conradicles more and longer than you dude and that was never the case. I'm sure it was because of that other thread but again was just a statement. Why did you jump into another thread that was dead just because another guy happened to post in it? Who cares if it was dead? It's still just a user forum Bwilberg and after the sale, its open discussion here. It was clear that your buyer was happy and pleased with the transaction. And? It was just a comment. Chill out....take the brown acid.
I hope that you post more, and more often, regardless of my silly **** since its folks like you that should be here Bwilberg. I think you may just need to be here a bit longer to absorb the dynamic and realize that its not a versus atmosphere here at all.

dorokusai,
All is well. Pardon my uptight responses...we all come here to enjoy our hobby and to learn more. I know with your 23K posts you have more than earned your position here and although I may not post as often, I assure you I am in love with the audio world. (just ask my wife) Happy posting, and who knows, maybe we'll have a transaction somewhere down the road.
