Hello guys,
just wanted to share some of the latest albums that i got at a very dirty and dark place. This is a guy that have been collecting vinyl records for the last 55 years going around in a bicycle with a basket. A very interesting character to say the least, a very poor man that lives in a small two room place which one room has (to the best of my calcullation) 10,000 albums.
He has a lot of old old old records, english spanish, classical and everything in between. Anyways i usually go saturday afternoons and spend a couple of hours, since he is now 80 years old and gets the records from the back room. They are all piled up so it is not a walk in the park to find a good sellection.
Well i have found on my visits, albums from: Jefferson airplane the worst, village people, ray charles, cat stevens, america etc
last week i found a brand new sealed journey frontiers album and am enjoying it as am typing this. Also rod steward gasoline alley, cat stevens buddha and a box of chocolate, louis armstrong and the hot seven (from 1927) and some spanish julio iglesias and some french paul mouriat and a double lp of sargent peppers soundtrack.
The best part? They are each about 50 cents no matter which one you take.
Just wanted to share. Had a carpenters one on my hand and did not know them, i got home googled them and was about to cry, but will get it for sure next saturday.

I found a near mint James Gang Rides Again 1st pressing.
I paid dearly for it, but it is like brand new and one of my all time favourite albums.
