I am using SDA2B's for my front speakers for my home theater and I need a center channel. Any ideas?

Hi Jwestra-
I was using the cs400 for front center, then I got hold of a cs1000. The 400 is clean and clear,
as is the 1000, but the 1000 has a bigger, fuller sound, due to the built in sub. (which is adjustable). I'm now using the 400 for a rear center.
I think you would be happy with either one.

i agree you can't go wrong with either one.

i would go with the cs400, unless you've got the extra cash for the 1000.

Iam happy with the 245 or whatever it is I bet u can find a good deal on one. I will try to upgrade to the 400 after x-mas to go with the rest of my speakers

I'm using the CS400 with my SDA-SRS 2.3's. What an awesome center channel. I agree with the other posts. Go with the CS400 unless you can afford the CS1000p. I think below the CS400 may be a little small to match.

i have the cs400i, and i absolutely love it! have it paired with rt800i's for my front's. the cs1000 is an amazing speaker too, but the 2 6.5 woofer's in it make it pretty bass heavy for a center, in my opinion anyway. if you have a local hifi store with a cs1000, i would demo it before shelling out all that dough...
just my .02 -
I have the CS400i mated to my SRS 3.1TL's.
Its a good match. Actually, its a very good match.
The CS400i is an excellent center speaker.
Its really much, much better than most.
