Well we live in a old 30's 40's house with old cloth covered wire and we had a wire burn in half in the breaker box, then some crazy problems with wireing inside everywhere.. So it's time to rewire, They start today !!!

Good news is i am getting some stuff added for my gear.. dedicated 20 amp circuit should work fine for the gear? I assume.. that is what i am telling them to do, and also add several outlets to boot, this house is from the stone age i think...

will be glad to have dependable electric service around here.. Just thought i write while they get the parts ready to start pulling wire and installing.. will be loseing power in various parts of the house throughout the new few days :(

ok later for now

Don't forget to contact your insurance company and ask if you can get a price break on your policy because you have replaced the old (unsafe) wiring. Hey, it never hurts to ask!

Number of folks seem to favor twin 20 amp circuits. One for the power amp(s), and the second for the AVP, sources, etc.
