Yes, if you'd care to look at any of the owners manuals on the site on comparable models(e.g. 43TX, 45TX)you'd find more complete specs, including that it's 100 watts, 20-20Khz. Don't worry about basic sound quality; that's determined by the recordings, speakers and listening room, not the receiver. The way that the 53TX does have a part in determining sound quality is its automatic MCACC speaker and room equalization, a pretty good reason to give strong consideration to the unit.

I have the denon 2803 now. Just wanted to know if the pioneer would change the sound of the polk RTi line. I heard pioneer is warmer sounding than the denon.Receiver = Denon AVR-3803

The equalization that MCACC makes will change the sound of the recording, speakers and listening room to a greater or lesser degree. Neither the Pioneer or any other properly designed receiver is inherently "warmer"(or "brighter") than a Denon.

Receivers or amplifiers do have an effect on sound. Tubes, SS, discrete componenets, etc are all things that affect sound reproduction. Yamaha is known to be a "bright" manufacturer in particular. To say wethere one is brighter or darker than the Denon would of course be personal opinion, but the differeneces do exist.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

I own the 43TX and it's on the bright side IMHO. Why move from a 2803 to the 53TX? Seems like almost a lateral move to me.
