Standesign Penta Audio Rack

This will probably have to be local pickup, but would entertain shipping if no-one local is interested and shipping cost is worthwhile to someone. I'm not afraid to ship it, cause I'll have it professionally done, but cost might be a factor? Again, can't find my dam camera, so borrowed a pic from the net. It is the same exact Penta style as pictured. It is a 5 shelf unit. Top shelf has its own set of spikes for even better vibration isolation for CDP's or Turntables. Mine does have some finish flaws from it being used over the years. I would describe it as a marring against the paint from audio pieces being slid against, or being rubbed against walls. It is not a large amount (maybe 5 areas fairly small). These don't cut through the paint or physically scratch it, more on the surface of the paint, but they are in there enough that you can't rub it off. I believe it is powder-coated baked enamel finish, so it is pretty indestructable. I could only find one spot that got through the paint to the metal. It is at the back of the stand and is a chip and is 1/8" wide. Structurally is in perfect shape. There are no physical dents, gouges or twists in any part of the metal framing. The black paint is the only thing that has been affected. If you threw a new coat of flat black paint on it, it would look showroom new again. BTW, markings aren't noticeable from listening chair, so it would be up to the purchaser of how good they want it to look. The MDF wood shelves are in excellent condition. Corners are all perfect (no dings or smashes). There is a couple of tiny blemishes (rubs) that you could see in a bright sunlit room, but they are double-sided and you could choose which side you want shown. I bought it from a local dealer quite some time ago. Includes spikes underneath for carpeting. Very rugged and heavy-duty....$50 picked up and paypal'd

one more reason to be living in Florida!!!

If no one local takes it, the shipping is reasonable, and the bottom shelf strong and large enough, I'll take it.

Fishbones,
I am driving to Fort Meyers, Florida this coming Saturday the 16th and expected to arrive sometimes late Sunday. It will be nothing but beach visits and vacationing. I will be in Florida for about a week. Maybe we could meet up, get some additional beach tips and I could check our your rack. Sounds funny....
