How well would a Harmon Kardon 254 work with RTiA5's front , Rti4's surround, Rm8's back , Csi3 and psw125 sub? Just curion if adding the 5's for front or RTiA3's is better. I guess RTIA7's would be too much?

Personally, and this is just a guess, I think it would sound fairly decent with the 5's, and it would run the 7's, too, but you wouldn't be getting the greatest performance with the 7's... the other side to this is try it (there's no harm in it, as long as you're not cranking the volume beyond a reasonable level), and if it's not doing it for you, save up and add an amp - you're already set with pre-outs.

Btw, it left my hands on the 28th, and the next day it was in Canada(!) but then it's not scheduled to be delivered until the 7th?? Crazy.
