new to me 7bs

Just picked up last night.This is my second set of 7bs I didn't think Id find another pair local.Looking at Ebay last Saturday ,there they were and better yet no one big against me. The guy even met my son for delivery,original owner. Anyway 7bs with peerless tweeters, I do think some issues with one the driver doesn't extend when you push on passive radiator .Anyway I have been looking for a set of 7s or 10s for my center so I only needed one.If I need parts for the other ones I have them.I haven't had time yet to test them yet I will do that this weekend.Best part is they were cheap!

    It sounds like one of the drivers is frozen. It probably has magnet shift. Someone on here has performed a repair of this and showed how in the DIY section. Otherwise you will have to keep an eye out for one.

    But as you are using it as a center sounds like you should be ok in either case.

    Thanks Joe I was looking at that yesterday.I think I need a mw6502 If I cant fix It.Do you happen to know if these are available at customer service? If so I will get 2 so they match.Thanks again Dan

    Got my center hooked up yesterday, And finely getting the sound I was looking for.I Love the 7s and they blend well with the 10s I have for fronts.Things are starting to come together.
