What if I use the tape out... Or another "out" on the back of the receiver? There must be some out that leaves the signal untouched. I'll call pioneer tomorrow and ask.

You may be able to do it that way, I don't know without looking in the manual and experimenting a little.

    That's it!

Maybe I should pump supplements into my AVRs.

Which parts, though? Perhaps some shots of creatine into the multi-in's???

So I solved the "power issue" to the point that I had to dial it back some...

I went into the menu option on the Pioneer vsx1016 that is driving the shakers... and (almost a 'duh' moment!) I can increase the channel level of the channels the shakers are hooked-up-to by up to +10dBs!

So, I jacked up the dB's.... waaaaaayyyyyy more shakin'! Actually too much shaking, to the point that the bass notes from a movie's sound track were rattling through my seats.

So, there's the answer. I can add just a little more umph and all is well.

    I'd say: Mission Accomplished:biggrin:

Thanks for all of the input and help through this process... you all gave some really great advice.
