Don't know if this interests anybody or not, but I have here a older Yamaha CD player. I bought it from a local dealer back in the early 90's. I believe it was Yamaha's top of the line unit at the time, retailing at $700. Built very solid - weighs 23lbs. Single CD player. It has seen very little use since early 2000 and sat in a garage for a couple years at my parents house, unbeknownst to me, grrr. Because of the humidity down here in FL, the finish became a little spotty and the CD tray could use taken apart and some lubing, because it sticks. Overall, I would rate the condition 6/10. I have played the unit on and off for days over the past few months and it plays without a hitch and sounds quite good. Not quite as good as my PD65, but held up better than I thought it would next to it. No owners manual, but do have the working remote. It has coax digital out and optical digital out for DAC's. Saw a mint one sell on epay for $140 (+ shipping) earlier this year. I will have it packed and shipped for $80, paypal gifted.
Sorry, but I can't find my camera. The first pic is a glimpse of my actual unit (under my Cary). The last two pics are not of my unit, but the same model. One cool thing I always liked about this CDP, is that it has a program feature to where you can program it to play only your favorite songs on a CD. I don't remember exactly the maximum amount of CD's you could program at once, but I think it was in the 200 range.

Anyone semi-interested in this...gimme a shout!
This needs a home, is a good sounding CDP, and I have a personal rule not to list something on CL unless its over $100 (not worth the risk of strangers coming to the house).
I did find some house paint on the powercord as well, just so you know, of course it's only cosmetic (if your powercords are exposed). So I'll reduce it some-more, but looking for ideas???..... ><////(*> -
