My brother is flying to Yellowknife this Friday for the first time and him and I will be putting on a Lacrosse Camp for the kids in Yellowknife all next week. He still plays Masters Lacrosse for the Province of Ontario. Me, retired long, long time ago. Hey, it's week off work which I really need.

Anyway, it will be a nice visit for him and the rest of my family. Everyone gets along great. Just hope we can keep up with 50 kids for a week.

50 kids full of piss and vinegar running around whacking at stuff with sticks ?
Shoot, after about 2 days you and your brother will have plenty of free time on your hands.

That is really cool of you to do that, though.

I think the two of us should go fishing for a week after this. Trust me, they will be tired.

Last week we were between 75F and 80F. A little cooler this week.

Mike, I think you and your brother might come out more fulfilled than the kids. Good on you for making a difference in their lives. But you might need some quiet time after that for sure

I just completed a weekend long coaching clinic with the CLA - Canadian Lacrosse Association. I think now is the time to get this sport on the map in Yellowknife.
