Hi,

I'm trying to find solutions on mounting a pair of RTi A1's from the ceiling. Polk Audio staff have directed me to 'Omnimount'; which look to be quality mounts but I'm not sure how to mount them to the speaker itself.

Has anyone mounted RTi speakers? If so, what mount?

Thanks

I have my RTi4s ceiling mounted using Omnimounts.

I modified the mounting configuration so that I did not have to drill holes into the cabinets by using the power port on the back of the RTi4 and buying additional oversized washers and nuts to create a 'sandwich' of nuts and washers with the powerport in the middle.

Oversized toggle bolt into the ceiling to hold them up.

Thanks Erik Tracy.....looks like you've mounted them to the keyhole slot on the back of the speaker.....is that correct?

    Hi,

I'm using a pair of TSi100's for my SR & SL.

I'm looking to ceiling mount them as I can't use side or rear walls.

    So far I've come across:
    -PinPoint Mounts AM-25,
    -OmniMount 10W/C, &
    -OmniMount 20C.

I've seen the BTech BT342, they're very similar to the PinPoint Mounts.

    Any advise on mounting them?

Did you drill the speaker cabinet?

I'm in South Africa so we're pretty limited selection wise. Therefore I want to be very certain before I commit to ordering online.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
