I don't know if this movie ever made it to the theaters, or if it went straight to DVD/ BD, but it was a good flick.
Sort of the Irish version to Goodfellas, with a different locale.
For anyone who's watched Biographys' 'Mobsters' series, you may recall an episode regarding Cleveland character Danny Greene. This is the movie version. Ray Stevenson plays the lead role, Vincent D'Onofrio plays his Italian counterpart, Val Kilmer plays the detective following him, and Christopher Walken plays a local Jewish hoodlum. Cameo by Paul Sorvino.
This dude was definitely a tough ****. To give you an idea of how tough, he kicked the **** Angels out of his neighborhood:eek:
At the end of the movie, there is a Special Feature, basically a documentary, and interviews with a lot of the people from that time in Cleveland.
Anyway, it's a good flick, so it's worth the rental.
Btw, now that Whitey Bulgers been caught, I predict his story to be out in a year or two.

I refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!

the thing I found amusing was that the hitman from the mafia went and bought tags from the dmv, one set for his car with the bomb and the other set for the car he used for the driving around with the detonator .Thats hilarious to me that this guy was supposed to be really smart and never make a mistake
