For wiring you can get a 14AWG wire from Monoprice and to keep all the connections with a clean look you can also buy some Banana Plugs .
After you have everything is plug don`t drive your speakers too loud you might damaged the speakers , they have a breaking time , drive them slowly for around 200 hours .
Most important is also to calibrate your speakers after everything is connected -
To keep things simple you really just need to:
1) Observe polarity, making sure black posts on the amp are connected to black posts on the speakers and red to red.
2) Don't try to bi-wire/bi-amp the TSi400s. Just use one set of binding posts on each speaker connected to only the amp binding posts labeled Front. Ignore the rear surround / bi-amp binding posts on the amp.
3) Use a subwoofer cable to hook the sub up to the receiver. Use the LFE connection on the sub. Don't try to do anything with the speaker connections to or from the sub. You don't need to mess with those with your receiver.
Good luck, and welcome to Club Polk!! -
how many banana plugs does he need?
