Ryan O'neal is worst human and father ever

Even before last interview where he slings crap about own kids and late ex while pretending to be relating sympathetic memories, remember he and his son doing meth together and Ryan knocking his son's teeth out.

Honestly, I wonder why Hollywood has not embraced him like they did Roman Polanski after prosecutors renewed efforts to bring him back to America to face the music for running away from justice.

Multiple stars made comments and held rallies not only commiserating with ol Roman, but slamming backwards, ignorant, judgmental Americans.

Nice

yeah, believe me, i have learned that in the past, on political topics, bad things happened, very bad things.

But you still try to push this topic towards political leanings.....why?

You found a political leaning -- one of the problems with not discussing religion or politics is at what point are we all supposed to shut up and never say anything.

In a few years it will be no speaking about faith, culture, morals, guns, environment, weather, SUV's, global warming, race, sexual orientation, money or lack, health care, tax burden, free rides, defense policies, economics, news or Hollywood because there is a religious/political component in damn near everything.

This statement/question isn't about Polk Forums, altho it tends to bear that way -- do we all just quit making comments or talking thru disagreements and just start swinging?

Agreed. If you can't raise a topic without taking a shot at others of a different political persuasion, then please don't raise the topic.

Your whole second paragraph was uncalled for & unnecessary.

What part of no political discussion do you not understand?

For better or worse, politics and weapons are no-no topics at CP. I didn't make the rule, but I like it. There's PLENTY of places to discuss them elsewhere. Why is that so hard for people to respect?

Today's been a Not-As-Awesome-As-Usual day, so I'm going to vote for the "Just start swinging" thing.

And remember: the only rule in this Fight Club is we don't talk about Fight Club.

He's just trying to stir the pot, I see Ken edited out his obvious and failed attempt at starting a political slant.

I also think his silence in this thread speaks volumes about his true concern for the actual topic.

So I missed the unedited post by Scotty so I am guessing that LessisNevermore was only replying to something that Scotty wrote. So take it easy on him.

It seems that Scotty is in the mood to stir up trouble all over the place and leave until after the dust settles. I call that trolling. What do you call it.

I had friends like this. They would start something with a group of people and expect me and my buddies to clean it up. They stop real quick when you throw them in first.

As far as Ryan O'neal is concerned. Who the hell cares. He is a POS.
