Yamaha RX-V3300

Anybody heard one of these recievers before? I was looking at it and it had 2 front effects channels but only one rear surround channel. Also, does anyone know if it has video upconversion to composite? Thanks!
Receiver = Denon AVR-3803
DVD = Denon DV-2900
Fronts = SDA SRS 2.3TL's
(Carver m1.5t)
Center = CSi40
Side surrounds = Fxi30's
Sony 12" sub
TV = Hitachi 57F500

    I've heard it. I have a friend with one. It's pretty nice. It upconverts composite to s-video only. They recently announced the RXV2400 which will be 7 channel and have full upconversion, THX Select, and YPAO, their new room eq/ setup program. The RXV3400 hasn't been announced yet, but you can bet it will have all that and more.
