This isn't a comment on that particular show per se, but we (FWIW) have an live LP release from that farewell tour and it's pretty forgettable.

I did not like the Doobies after Michael Mcdonald joined the band, did they make more money with him yes they did just not off of me, I did see the Farewell Tour and still have the 3/4 sleeve concert T shirt from that tour I enjoyed the non Michael Mcdonald stuff, although I did not mind ol Mike when he was a back up singer on the first few Steely Dan Albums.Home Theater
