Intel Computer 'stuff'

I recently did a computer upgrade and it looks like everything is working flawlessly, so I'm safe to sell this setup. This is a great setup that'll still run any game out there for some time to come.
Here are the components, linked to product pages on Amazon:
Intel Q9550
Gigabyte EP43-UD3L
Zalman CNPS10X CPU Cooler
Patriot Viper 4GB DDR2 RAM
I'm 100% certain that's the correct CPU and cooler linked, and am about 98% sure on the motherboard and memory (will verify those when I get home tonight).
Performance
This is still a very powerful chip that'll run anything you throw at it. It's a quad core setup, and it's the second generation so it's cooler and more efficient (and as a result faster) that the previous chips.
This setup overclocks fairly well. I've had it at 3.8ghz stable with no issues at all even on 'torture' test for 24 hours, but ran it regularly at 3.4 as that was fast enough for all my needs.
Things you should know
There are a couple 'issues' I wanted to make the prospective buyer aware of. These are items that have always existed and do not affect performance at all.
1 - The CPU cooler uses a 4 pin connection instead of the 3 pin connection that was standard when the board was designed. I believe that 4th pin is the one that allows the moptherboard to automatically control the fan speed of the cpu. There is an external controller that comes with the cooler that allows you to set the speed manually (I always just set it on 'blue' which is the typical setting and never changed it and never had a problem. That controller is an external controller, just a small button that I stuck on the outside of my case. I plugged the cooler into a regular case fan header on the motherboard and it worked flawless for the year or so I had this setup (IIRC you CANNOT use the CPU fan header, you have to use the case fan header that's right there by it)
2 - The initial BIOS screen takes longer than normal to load. I'm used to BIOS loading immediately, this one takes 30 seconds or so on that initial BIOS screen - total bootup time into Windows is about 1 minute for me. Again it's always been like this, so this is not a new issue.
3 - On this board there's a white clip that holds the video card in place, part of the 'handle' on that clip is broken off. I thought about returning the motherboard for that but just wasn't worth it once I had it all installed, and I'm still able to get even my big 480 video card in and out easily. It's really not a big deal at all, but am pointing it out for full disclosure.
I do not have the original boxes (do have the CD for the motherboard although you'll want the newest drivers from the Gigabyte website), but these will be wrapped and packed very well.
The Deal
I'd like to get $250+shipping for the full setup. I don't 'need' the cash so I'm open to trades as well.
To be honest I'm a bit surprised, but the CPU alone regularly sells on eBay for $200 and up (even for a used chip), shocked to see them still going for that price. I figure the memory is worth about $50 and the motherboard at least another $50. Given the (half)issue with the cooler (the cooler is 100% fine and working btw, there's nothing wrong other than the motherboard can't make full use of it) I'm gonna toss it in at no charge. That totals $300 minus the usual Polkie discount, so $250.
I'm willing to split it up as well, priced as follows:
Intel Q9550 (cpu only no stock cooler) - $180
Gigabyte Motherboard - $50
Patriot Viper DDR2 4GB - $50
Zalman CPU Cooler - $50

Interested in the CPU and possibly the cooler, but would rather you have a chance to sell the whole kit at once so i'll hold off for now. Great processor! Someone should jump at this deal. If I didn't already have a motherboard / the ram I need, i'd go for it immediately.Current System:
Paradigm Signature S2 v2
Conrad Johnson MF2500
Wyred4Sound DAC2
Audioquest Black Mamba II
For Sale:
3x Wilson Cub's
Conrad Johnson MF2500 -
I'm not dead set on selling as a set, so if you want any piece of it let me know.

If there's someone who's needing a whole computer talk to me, I'm willing to work with you on getting the rest of the parts needed for a full system and I'll build it for you at no charge.
You're going to end up with a better computer at less than the price of buying one from one of the big box stores AND not have to do the building yourself, can't beat that. -
Quick update, I do have the original box and cooler for the CPU, found that earlier. I also confirmed the model number on the motherboard and it's correct as listed and linked in the first post.
