Why are my Tsi300 not producing sharp trebble/high notes

I have a Denon 1311 and a Polk Tsi300 Pair.
I am lacking the punch in the trebble space. My question is, my speakers sound very ordinary. They get loud, but they lack the juice, if you know what i mean. I dont have a base unit and i dont expect exceptional base from the tsi pair, but the trebble is lacking big time. There is a lot missing in the output.
