Did he make the offer through A'gon or via email to you?

First time round, I would follow the formal process of offer, counter, accept, payment, etc.
As the seller - if the buyer meets your terms for payment, then you should make the sale.
You could always request a check and wait for it to clear or ask for a money order to ensure you have payment (and make it more difficult for any chargeback).
But like you said, we all have to start somewhere, and there is some minimal level of trust in the 'system'.
H9: If you don't trust what you are hearing, then maybe you need to be less invested in a hobby which all the pleasure comes from listening to music. -
yeah that's what i was thinking, especially since it wasn't an outside offer, but one through the a'gon system (not sure if you can offer outside of it anyway) but just wanted some confirmation from here since a lot of people use the gon here.Main 2ch -

Exactly,it's documented with the formal offer,I'd go ahead
