One of the best bookshelf models Polk ever made, especially for HT use. If you can call them bookshelf at all, as few shelves will handle a speaker this large.
HT Optoma HD25 LV on 80" DIY Screen, Anthem MRX 300 Receiver, Pioneer Elite BDP 51FD Polk CS350LS, Polk SDA1C, Polk FX300, Polk RT55, Dual EBS Adire Shiva 320watt tuned to 17hz, ICs-DIY Twisted Prs, Speaker-Raymond Cable

    2 Channel Thorens TD 318 Grado ZF1, SACD/CD Marantz 8260, Soundstream/Krell DAC1, Audio Mirror PP1, Odyssey Stratos, ADS L-1290, ICs-DIY Twisted , Speaker-Raymond Cable

    I love my RT55's.
    Awsome speakers.
    I've owned a few pairs.

If I see them listed for sale or in a store for the right price, I have to buy em.I can't help myself.

I have Rosewood ones to match my RT3000P's thanks to a Polk member but I've yet to hook them up for rears. When I get alot more space back, I'll put them in the system. Right now, they're just waiting.
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

Although unhooked right now due to construction they sound just fine in my HT and really shine on DVDA/SACD!
