Born to Run was good, at least that is worth owning, still factory sealed I bet the LP is warped that celophane wrap did not do LP's any good back in the day.

I personally feel that Born To Run was a breakthrough LP for BS. I saw this tour in StL on T-giving of 1976(?) at the Keil Opera House and it was an amazing 4 hrs of R&R, no breaks. It is the only BS LP (Original Master Recording) I own. We all have our opinions.

He is a genius when it comes to phrasing, writing songs, and seeming to side with the little guy, but it seems only in his music.

I dont bother with anyone who still buys into any party, any failed philosophy, whether it be lib -com, neo-con,socio-marxist or whatever, and yes i might be making those exact terms up, but i think you get what im saying.

Those of us in our 50s, have seen americas best days, most free, and most prosperous.

Bruce, as far as i know has never said one public utterance lifting up our men and women in uniform.

And have you noticed, like so many on the left, how quiet his criticism has become since his bunch has pretended to run this country by appearing to win the presidency?

I mean, has government really gotten that much more transparent and right minded since brobama, remember "Well, you cant know whats in the bill until after we pass it" Nancy Pelosi.

And have your working class brothers and sisters been returned to earning a living with their hands, like they want, like their dads, and granddads and so forth, or could you be a little less honest than you seem.

Still love tunnel of love, pink cadillac, glory days etc., cant get caught up in listening to only those i have never seen through or disagreed with, would be pretty quiet around here, but yeah, hes a phony, who woulda thunk it, a filthy new york, new jersey street minstrel who made it big in the filthiest business this side of prostitution.

Back to reality, Born to Run is definitely the Boss' best album. An American classic. It's regarded by many as a masterpiece of American rock music (In 1987, Born to Run was ranked #8 on Rolling Stone's "100 Best Albums of the Last Twenty Years" and in 2003, Rolling Stone's "500 Greatest Albums of All Time" ranked Born to Run at number 18).

Born In The USA is a very good album too. It is ranked #85 on Rolling Stone's "500 Greatest Albums of All-Time" and is 15x Platinum. It reached the #1 position on the Billboard charts.

I would bet that the Goldmine estimate of your album's worth is about right ROHfan since they pressed millions of them. Might want to hold onto it. A mint sealed copy will only continue to increase in value.
