Headphone Extension

Anyone here made their own headphone extension? The Grado extension seems to be a pretty good bang for the buck but I need longer than 15 feet. I could connect 2 Grado extensions together but it seems I aught to be able to do better with DIY.
I was considering some Canare 4S11 speaker wire from Bluejeans and some decent 1/4 TRS male/female connectors. This may be too stiff. Is there another wire I should consider?
thanks

I would make one yourself if you need a custom (longer) length. Canare 4S11 is completely the wrong kind of cable as speaker cable will not work well for headphones; as well as being too heavy to be useful. Cardas 4x24 sells a DIY headphone cable, as well as the Canare L-4E5C microphone cable would work very well.

I'm in the same boat and was planning on using some Mogami 2534 for $1.31/foot here: http://www.markertek.com/Cables/Bulk-Wire-Cable/Bulk-Audio-Cable/Mogami-Wire-Cable-Corp/W2534-00-A.xhtml
